Exhibition: ran from 8 Oct to 20 Nov, 2022 – with over 50 paintings (with cards & prints in the Patchings art shop).

Transcribing the landscape poster“The very kind invitation from Patchings to hold this solo exhibition presented me with an opportunity to examine how my landscape painting has evolved over the past 15 years. Throughout this time, the placing of elements has been fundamental to my work. I’m seeking a perspective that projects outwards as if to engulf the viewer – I want the viewer to feel tipped into the painting.”

Venue: Crew Yard Gallery, Patchings Art Centre, Oxton Road, Calverton, Notts NG14 6NU.

Note: Free entry to galleries – the centre also has a cafe, open 9:30 to 4:30, an art shop, a framing shop and a free ‘artists trail’ to walk.
