I took part in three series of the Sky Arts TV ‘Landscape Artist of the Year‘ programme between 2020 and 2025.. My submission paintings and the pieces I produced in each episode are below. Series 6 (filmed 2020, broadcast 2021) – I wasn’t selected for a pod, but took part as a ‘Wildcard’ artist at the West Wycombe estate in Buckinghamshire, where I won the wildcard section – read more about my experience in this blog piece.
Series 7 (filmed 2021, broadcast 2022). This time I was selected for a pod and made it to the shortlisted trio in my heat at the Eden Project Gardens in Cornwall – read more in this blog piece.
Series 10 (filmed 2024, broadcast 2025). Selected for a pod at St Pancras Basin in London, I won the heat (see this blog piece) and took part in the semi-final at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and in the final at Stonehenge.
